Directions:
Apply a generous layer of rich black mineral mud over your entire body. Leave on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For deeper soothing of joints, heat the mud packet in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for one minute at medium heat before use. Please check temperature of mud before use.
